脉冲CO_(2)激光联合光动力治疗皮肤化脓性肉芽肿的护理体会

Nursing of purulent granulomas of the skin treated by pulsed CO_(2) laser combined with photodynamic therapy

目的探讨脉冲CO_(2)激光联合盐酸氨酮戊酸散光动力治疗皮肤化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效、安全性、复发率及护理体会。方法12例化脓性肉芽肿患者采用脉冲CO_(2)激光联合盐酸氨酮戊酸散光动力治疗。分别于治疗后7 d、14 d、1个月、2个月观察其疗效、安全性和复发率。结果所有患者治疗1次治愈率为100%,均未见感染、溃疡、瘢痕发生。8例患者出现轻度色素沉着,1个月后均逐渐缓解和消退。无1例复发。结论脉冲CO_(2)激光联合光动力治疗化脓性肉芽肿,通过精心的治疗和护理,疗效显著,未出现明显的不良反应及疾病复发,提升了患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy,safety,recurrence rate and nursing experience of pulsed CO_(2) laser combined with aminoketovalic acid hydrochloride astigmatic photodynamic therapy in the treatment of purulent granulomas of the skin.Methods Twelve patients with purulent granuloma of the skin were treated with pulsed CO_(2) laser combined with aminoketovalic acid hydrochloride astigmatic photodynamic therapy.The efficacy,safety and recurrence rate were observed at 7 days,14 days,1 month and 2 months after treatment.Result The cure rate of one treatment for all patients was 100%,and no infections,ulcerations,or scars occurred.Eight patients developed mild pigmentation,which gradually resolved and subsided after 1 month.There was no recurrent case.Conclusion Through careful treatment and care,the effect of the treatment of purulent granuloma of the skin,which treated by pulsed CO_(2) laser combined with photodynamic treatment is remarkable,with no obvious adverse reactions or disease recurrence,and the patient satisfaction greatly improved.
