皮脂腺瘤一例

A case of sebaceoma

76岁男性患者,右前颈部红色结节伴破溃2个月余.皮损组织病理示:外生内生混合型结节状增生性病变,细胞团块周边呈栅栏状排列,见生发细胞及少量皮脂腺细胞,真皮浅层较多淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润,免疫组化染色结果示EMA(+)、AR(+)、p40(+)、Ki67(+热点区15%).诊断:皮脂腺瘤.手术完整切除皮损,随访1年无复发.

A 76 years old male patient had a red nodule in the right anterior neck with ulceration for more than 2 months.The histopathological findings of the lesions were as follows:mixed nodular proliferative lesions,palisade-like arrangement around the cell mass with germinal cells and a small number of sebaceous gland cells,and inflammatory cells mainly composed of lymphocytes infiltrated in the superficial dermis.Immunohistochemical results showed EMA(+),AR(+),p40(+),Ki67(+hot spot area 15%).Diagnosis:sebaceoma.The lesion was removed completely and no recurrence was observed for one year.
