抗菌药物敏感试验中需注意的问题 被引量：1

摘要 细菌耐药性已成为一个日益严重的全球性公共卫生问题,突出表现在产生耐药的速度越来越快,耐药的程度越来越重,耐药的细菌越来越多,耐药的频率越来越高,耐药造成的后果越来越棘手,耐药造成的负担越来越沉重.因此,药敏试验的作用显得愈加重要.由于细菌耐药的机理和程度各不相同,选择正确的药敏试验方法和指征,了解有关知识,控制各种影响因素,对做好抗菌药物敏感试验,获得正确结果至关重要.本文就抗菌药物敏感试验中需注意的问题做一简要论述.
