“活教育”思想观照下学前教育专业“三育人”培养途径——基于绍兴文理学院上虞分院的实践 被引量:2

摘要 陈鹤琴“活教育”思想的内涵主要体现在目的论、课程论和方法论等方面,是一个完整的理论体系.其中目的论是“活教育”思想的核心,即“培养学生做人”.以“活教育”思想为观照,立足“育人”这一根本点,基于实践探索,探讨学前教育专业人才培养的“三育人”途径.以重构人才培养方案和课程体系、开展实践性教学改革等进行“实践育人”的探索,以创建专业文化、环境文化、活动文化、社团文化达成“文化育人”的目标,以搭建高校与幼儿园的桥梁、课堂与岗位的桥梁、班级与家庭的桥梁建立“合作育人”的机制. Chen Heqin’s thoughts of"living education"consist of teleology,curriculum theory and methodology,with its core of educating people by a complete theoretical system.Under the guidance of Chen’s thoughts and based on the related practice,the present paper focuses on people cultivation and the possible training path of"Three Approaches"in the preschool education.That is to probe into"practice education"by restructuring the talent training program and curriculum system through practical teaching reform,to achieve the goal of"culture education"by creating professional culture,environmental culture,activity culture and community culture,and to construct"cooperation education"by building a bridge between colleges and kindergartens,between classes and posts,and between classes and families.
