近年来,我国河道建设不仅重视以优美的河道吸引两岸居民和游客停留、游览,也使空间实现多向使用,特别是在建设方面开始关注景观效果提升、生态环境修复.为提升河道生态服务功能,我国河道建设越来越注重打造以游憩、健身锻炼、亲水为目标,实现一段一景,并将景观节点串联,进而营造"春赏花,夏纳凉、秋观叶、冬探松"的景观河道,改善生态环境,吸引游人前来,提高河道空间层面的有效利用率,使河道的生态效益得以发挥.随着北京市经济的不断发展和可持续发展战略的逐步深入,人们对生活环境的关注度不断提升,对城市的环境保护和生态愈发重视.这就需要摸索出一条社会发展与生态环境和谐发展的模式道路,而景观生态河道是城市的重要组成部分.本文以凉水河硬质护坡绿化工程为依托,对河道硬质护坡绿化和生态治理进行思考,为景观生态河道建设工作的开展提供参考,从而促进凉水河景观生态河道建设的深入发展.

In recent years,China’s River construction has not only attached importance to attracting residents on both sides of the Strait and tourists to stay and visit with beautiful rivers,but also realized the multi-directional use of space,especially in the construction,it began to pay attention to the improvement of landscape effect and the restoration of ecological environment.In order to improve the ecological service function of the river,the river construction pays more attention to building a landscape river with the goal of recreation,fitness and hydrophilicity,realizing one scene at a time,and connecting the landscape nodes in series,so as to create a landscape river with"flowers in spring,cool in summer,leaves in autumn and pine in winter",improve the ecological environment,attract tourists and improve the effective utilization rate of the space level of the river,So that the ecological benefits of the river can be brought into play.With the continuous development of Beijing’s economy and the gradual deepening of sustainable development strategy,people pay more attention to the living environment and pay more and more attention to the environmental protection and ecology of the city.This requires exploring a model road of harmonious development between social development and ecological environment,and landscape ecological river is an important part of the city.Based on the hard slope protection greening project of Liangshui River,this paper considers the hard slope protection greening and ecological governance of the river,provides reference for the development of landscape ecological river construction,and promotes the in-depth development of landscape ecological river construction of Liangshui River.
