海藻酸钠水凝胶的制备及其对罗丹明b吸附的研究

摘要 本文通过钙离子的交联作用制备了海藻酸钠水凝胶微球,考究了海藻酸钠浓度、钙离子浓度和温度对微球形状、粒径大小的影响,进而得到了较为理想的海藻酸钠水凝胶微球的制备工艺.结果表明,当海藻酸钠溶液质量分数为4%,氯化钙质量分数为4%,温度为40℃时,制备的微球形状度越好,粒径均一.将制备的微球用于处理染料废水时,吸附效果良好,且吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程. Sodium alginate hydrogel microspheres were prepared by crosslinking of calcium ions.And the effects of sodium alginate concentration,calcium ion concentration and temperature on the shape and size of microspheres were studied.It obtained the ideal preparation process of sodium alginate hydrogel microspheres.The results show that when the mass fraction of 4%sodium alginate solution,calcium chloride mass fraction of 4%,the temperature of 40℃,the obtained microspheres have good shape degree and uniform particle sizes.When the prepared microspheres were used to treat dye wastewater,the adsorption effect is good,and the adsorption kinetics conforms to the quasi-secondary kinetic equation.
