摘要
研究配方中助乳化剂、油脂及醇类保湿剂对烷基糖苷乳液体系形成的液晶结构影响,并通过对形成的液晶结构进行流变测试的及志愿者感官肤感测试,进而得到制备烷基糖苷类液晶乳液的条件、液晶乳液的黏弹性特征、液晶乳液的肤感的直观体验.结果表明,助乳化剂十六~十八醇,能明显促进了烷基糖苷乳液体系液晶的形成;非极性油脂形成液晶结构比极性油脂、固态油脂形成的液晶结构更小更均匀;醇类保湿剂能降低液晶乳液的粒径.含有Na^(+)的助乳化剂、非极性油脂与固体油脂、醇类物质都能促进流变特征中的黏弹性储能模量G'与损耗模量G"变大;此外,液晶乳液体系的在保湿跟柔润度等方面的肤感明显优于较非液晶乳液体系.
The effects of co-emulsifiers,oils and water-phase components on the liquid crystal structupe formed by alkyl glycoside emulsion system were studied,and the rheological tests of the formed liquid crystal structure and the sensory skin feel test of volunteers were carried out.The conditions of the alkyl.glycoside liquid crystal emulsion,the viscoelastic characteristics of the liquid crystal emulsion,and the intuitive experience of the skin feel of the liquid crystal emulsion.The results show that the co-emulsifier hexadecyl octadecyl alcohol can significantly promote the formation of liquid crystal in the alkyl glycoside emulsion system;the liquid crystal structure formed by the non-polar oil is smaller and more uniform than the liquid crystal structure formed by the polar oil and solid oil;Alcohol humectants can reduce the particle size of liquid crystal emulsions.The co-emulsifier containing Na^(+),the non-polar oil,the solid oil and the alcohol can promote the viscoelastic storage modulus G'and the loss modulus G"in the rheological characteristics;in addition,the liquid crystal emulsion system The skin feel in terms of moisturizing and softness is significantly better than that of non-liquid crystal emulsion systems.
