煤矿井下用瓦斯抽采管的研究进展

介绍了常见瓦斯管生产工艺,分析了不同种类瓦斯管的优缺点,探讨了瓦斯管的发展方向.管路系统配套的管件和阀门也是影响管路抽采系统安全性的重要因素.建议尽快制定管材原料(尤其是聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等专用料)的生产使用和质量检测标准,同时也需深入研究,制定瓦斯抽采管路系统(管材、管件、阀门)安全准入技术规范.

Gas pipes can be divided into metal pipes,non-metal pipes and composite pipes according to the material.This paper outlines the production technology of common gas pipes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different types of gas pipes and discusses the development direction of gas pipes.The fittings and valves of the pipeline system are also important factors affecting the safety of the gas drainage system.It is suggested to work out the production,use and quality inspection standards for pipe materials(such as PE,PVC)as soon as possible.Meanwhile,it is also necessary to conduct in-depth research and formulate the safety access technical specifications for the gas drainage system(pipes,fttings and valves).
