摘要
开展了低温早强低密度硫铝酸盐水泥浆体系的研究.结果表明,水泥浆体系在30℃温度下养护12h水泥石的抗压强度达到20.3MPa,养护24h水泥石的抗压强度达25.6MPa;优选配套的缓凝剂BR和降失水剂JH-2,水泥浆性能评价结果表明,水泥浆的流动度适宜、滤失量可控、稠化时间可调,水泥石的强度增长快、早期强度高.
Studies have been conducted on the low temperature early strength low density sulfoaluminate cement slurry system.The results shows that the 12 h and 24 h strength of cement slurry is 20.3 MPa and 25.6 MPa at 30℃.The suitable retarder BR and filtrate reducer JH-2 were developed.The cement prop-erty evaluation shows that the slurry has suitable fluidity,controllable filter loss,adjustable thickening time,the cement stone compressive strength increased quickly and high early strength.
