氢氰酸生产装置急冷除氨工段的模拟与优化

摘要 基于浓硫酸的稀释放热、ASPEN PLUS软件、硫铵的溶解度讨论并解决了用于生产氢氰酸的急冷除氨工段遇到的塔顶放热过大、出口混合气温度过高、塔底硫铵结晶堵塞管路、塔侧壁浓硫酸进口腐蚀泄露等问题. Based on the dilute heat release of concentrated sulfuric acid,ASPEN PLUS software and the solubility of ammonium sulfate,this paper discussed and solved the problems encountered in the quenching ammonia removal section for the production of hydrocyanic acid,such as excessive top heat release,excessive outlet mixed temperature,blockage of pipeline by ammonium sulfate crystallization at the bottom of the tower,corrosion leakage at the entrance of concentrated sulfuric acid at the side wall of the tower.
