新型抗高温亚胺聚合物页岩抑制剂研究

摘要 为满足高温深层泥页岩钻井的需要,增强页岩气水基钻井液在高温条件下抑制泥页岩水化膨胀的能力,研制了一种新型抗高温亚胺聚合物页岩抑制剂AAD-PEI.通过页岩膨胀实验、膨润土造浆实验、页岩滚动分散实验、Zeta电位测试和热重分析等手段综合评价了AAD-PEI的性能,并揭示了其作用机理.该页岩抑制剂主要通过大分子架桥作用抑制黏土颗粒膨胀来抑制膨润土水化膨胀,从而促进井壁稳定.结果表明,在温度高达150℃条件下,AAD-PEI可以有效抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和分散,与其他常用钻井液处理剂有良好的配伍性,并具有一定的增粘、提切、降滤失性能. In order to meet the needs of high temperature deep shale drilling engineering and enhance the ability of water-based drilling fluid to inhibit shale hydration and expansion under high temperature,a new high temperature resistant shale inhibitor AAD-PEI was developed.Through shale swelling test,bentonite pulping test,shale rolling dispersion test,zeta potential test and thermogravimetric analysis,the inhibition performance of the shale inhibitor was evaluated comprehensively,and its mechanism was revealed.The shale inhibitor can inhibit the expansion of bentonite hydration mainly by inhibiting the expansion of clay particles through macromolecular bridging,so as to promote well wall stability.The results show that AAD-PEI can effectively inhibit the hydration expansion and dispersion of shale under the condition of temperature up to 150℃,it has good compatibility with other commonly used drilling fluid treatment agents,and has certain viscosity increasing,strength-improving and filtration reducing performance.
