摘要
烟气中CO_(2)气体的快速分离对减少温室气体防止气候变暖尤为重要,而水合物法分离CO_(2)是一种新的CO_(2)捕集和封存技术.本文在自吸式搅拌釜式高压反应釜中通过添加多孔介质强化CO_(2)水合物的快速生成实验,研究了不同多孔材料MCM-22、ZSM-5、SBA-15对CO_(2)水合物生成诱导时间和气体储藏量的影响.实验结果表明:多孔材料MCM-22、ZSM-5、SBA-15可有效缩短CO_(2)水合物生成的诱导时间,但未能显著提高CO_(2)水合物的气体储藏量.
The experimental study on the enhancement of CO_(2)hydrate production by using high pressure reactor and adding porous material was carried out.At 5.00 MPa,1℃and 400 rpm,the induction time and CO_(2)hydrate storage capacity of CO_(2)hydrate with the different porous materials were studied respectively.The results showed that porous materials of SBA-15,MCM-22,ZSM-5 can shorten the induction time of CO_(2)hydrate formation,but the gas storage capacity of CO_(2)hydrate was not significantly improved.
