摘要
采用GC-MS对广西产侧柏叶挥发油成分进行化学分析.结果表明:广西产侧柏叶挥发油的主要成分是α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯,含量分别为39.65%和10.69%.其次是β-库伯烯、3-蒈烯和4-萜烯醇,含量分别为6.01%,4.02%和3.51%.其主要成分与其他地区的侧柏叶挥发油有相同之处但也存在一定的差异,虽然都含有α-蒎烯和3-蒈烯,但其含有较高含量的β-蒎烯,这是其他地方的侧柏叶挥发油中少有的组分.因此,可根据广西产侧柏叶挥发油组分的组成开发其特有的应用方向.
Analysis of volatile components from Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco in Guangxi by GC-MS.The results showed that the main chemical components of the essential oils from Guangxi wereα-pinene andβ-pinene.The relative contents were 39.65%and 10.69%.The second wereβ-cubebene 3-carene and 4-terpinenol,the relative contents were 6.01%、4.02%and 3.51%.Its main components were the same as the volatile oil from the other regions,but there also some differences.They both containα-pinene and 3-carene,But it contained higher content ofβ-pinene,which was rare component in the volatile oil from other places.Therefore,its specifie application direction can be developed according to the composition of volatile oil from Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco in Guangxi.
