高压蒸汽法提锂母液制耐高温陶瓷涂料的研究

摘要 以高压蒸汽法提锂母液为原料,通过加酸加碱调节pH值的方法得到含氟化铝和氢氧化铝的复合沉淀物,再将该沉淀物与碱反应制得耐高温陶瓷涂料,研究了各参数对过程的影响,得到的最佳工艺条件为:加水量与提锂母液质量比为1.3∶1,反应时间40min,反应溶液的终点pH=6.5,反应温度为50℃. With extracting lithium mother liquor by high pressure steam as raw material,compound precipitation containing aluminum fluoride and aluminum hydroxide was obtained by adding acid and alkali to adjust PH value,the precipitate was then reacted with alkali to produce high temperature resistant ceramic coatings.The influence of various factors on the process was studied,and the appropriate process conditions were determined:the ratio of water content to mass of mother liquor was 1.3:1,the reaction time was 40 min,the final pH of the solution is 6.5,The reaction temperature is 50℃.
