一种乙基膦酸二乙酯的快速定量分析方法

Application of gas chromatography in quantitative analysis of diethyl ethylphosphonate

介绍了利用气相色谱仪对乙基磷酸二乙酯进行快速定量分析的方法.通过对系列浓度的乙基膦酸二乙酯标准溶液测试分析,建立乙基膦酸二乙酯与质量浓度的外标标准工作曲线.方法在质量浓度45.05~253.30 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数0.99997,检出限为0.3 mg/L,七次连续测定相对标准偏差为0.423%,加标回收率为101.09%~103.85%.该方法可用于乙基膦酸二乙酯快速定量分析.

A method of rapid quantitative analysis of diethyl ethyl phosphate by gas chromatograph was introduced.Series of diethyl ethylphosphonate standard solutions were analyzed by gas chromatograph,and the external standard curve of diethyl ethylphosphonate and mass concentration was established.The linear relationship was good in the mass concentration range of 45.05~253.30 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99997.The limit of detection was 0.3 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation for six consecutive determinations was 0.423%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 101.09%~103.85%.This all showed that the method can be used for quantitative analysis of diethyl ethylphosphonate.
