磁性护理管理在手术室护理团队凝聚力中的作用分析

Analysis of the role of magnetic nursing management in the cohesion of nursing team in operating room

目的为了探索和分析磁性护理管理的应用价值,本研究尝试采用磁性护理管理模式提升手术室团队凝聚力.方法收取2022年1月—2023年1月中山大学附属第六医院手术麻醉中心的40名手术室护理人员,设为观察组,并介入磁性护理管理模式;同时收取2021年1月—2022年1月本院40名手术室护理人员,将其设为对照组,期间不施加实验干预.对比两组护士干预前后抑郁评分、职业压力评分以及手术室护理人员在职满意度情况.结果观察组护士在通过磁性护理管理模式后,抑郁评分、职业压力评分明显优于对照组,观察组就职满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对医院手术室护士介入磁性护理管理模式,能够有效降低护理人员的焦虑和抑郁情绪,降低职业压力,提高在职满意度,提升手术室护理团队凝聚力.

Objective In order to explore and analyze the application value of magnetic nursing management,this study tried to use a magnetic nursing management mode to improve the cohesion of operating room team.Methods 40 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects of this investigation.The 40 operating room nurses were assigned into the observation group and the magnetic nursing management mode was introduced into the operating room nurses in the hospital.At the same time,40 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study,who were included in the control group,and no experimental intervention was applied to the operating room nurses during their employment.The depression score and occupational stress score of nurses before and after intervention and the job satisfaction of nurses in operating room were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the depression score and occupational stress score of the observation group were significantly improved after the magnetic nursing management mode,and were better than those of the control group,also the employment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventional magnetic nursing management mode in hospital operating room nurses can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of nurses,reduce occupational stress,increase job satisfaction,and improve the cohesion of operating room nursing team.
