四手操作联合精细化护理在拔牙术患者中的应用

Application of four-hand operation combined with fine nursing in patients with tooth extraction

目的分析四手操作联合精细化护理在拔牙术患者中的应用.方法回顾性分析2022年1月—2023年1月广东省清远市清新区人民医院收治的70例拔牙手术患者的临床资料,以时间分组法分组,2022年1-6月为对照组(常规护理),2022年7月—2023年1月为研究组(四手操作联合精细化护理),各35例.对比两组情绪评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生及护理满意度情况.结果研究组的情绪焦虑和抑郁评分、疼痛评分和术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论四手操作联合精细化护理,可调节负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生.

Objective To analyze the application of four-hand operation combined with fine nursing in patients with tooth extraction.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with tooth extraction surgery admitted to Qingxin District People's Hospital of Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(routine nursing)from January to June 2022,and the study group(four-hand operation combined with refined nursing)from July 2022 to January 2023.There were 35 cases in each group.The emotional score,pain score,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of emotional anxiety and depression,pain and postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Four-hand operation combined with fine nursing can regulate negative emotions,relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications.
