探讨信息化的预住院系统在减重代谢手术患者中的应用研究

Application of the information-based pre-hospitalization system in patients undergoing bariatric metabolic surgery

目的总结基于信息化预住院系统的建立及实施经验,探讨快速康复背景下对减重代谢手术患者的应用效果.方法南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院2022年5月正式启用预住院系统,采用回顾性分析方法,以2021年10月—2022年4月办理住院的213例减重代谢患者为对照组,2022年5月—12月通过预住院系统办理住院的175例患者为试验组,比较预住院系统启用前后两组患者术前住院时间、平均住院时间及满意度.结果预住院系统实施前后,减重患者术前住院时间由(1.69±1.007)d降低至(1.09±0.289)d,平均住院时间由5.28 d降低至4.39 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).患者及医护人员满意度均提高(P<0.05).结论预住院系统的实施有利于提高患者及医护人员的满意度,提升医院运营效率.

Objective To summarize the establishment and implementation experience of the information-based pre-hospitalization system,and to explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation on patients undergoing bariatric metabolic surgery.Methods The pre-hospitalization system was officially put into use in the Affiliated Changzhou No.2 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in May 2022.From October 2021 to April 2022 the records of 213 patients with bariatric metabolic surgery were selected as a group.From May to December 2022 the records of 175 patients were selected as another group.The preoperative hospital stay,average hospital stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before and after the implementation of the pre-hospitalization system,the preoperative hospital stay of patients with bariatric metabolic surgery decreased from(1.69±1.007)d to(1.09±0.289)d,and the average hospital stay decreased from(5.28±1.340)d to(4.39±0.566)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and medical staff was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the pre-hospitalization system is conducive to improving the satisfaction of patients and medical staff and improving the operating efficiency of the hospital.
