自制康复操视频宣教对早期宫颈癌患者腹腔镜术术后并发症的影响研究

Influence of self-made rehabilitation exercise video education on postoperative complications of early cervical cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨一种自制的康复操视频,对我科早期宫颈癌患者腹腔镜术术后并发症的影响.方法选取2022年6月—2023年11月宁夏医科大学总医院妇科的早期宫颈癌患者100例,分为对照组及观察组各50例.对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施基础上严格实施自制康复操视频宣教.结果比较两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症、依从性、自理能力及满意度情况.观察组首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院天数,术后肩背痛、皮下气肿、静脉血栓并发症发生均低于对照组;观察组患者康复锻炼的依从性、生活自理、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自导自演的康复操视频宣教应用于早期宫颈癌患者的护理中,效果明显.

Objective To explore the influence of a self-made rehabilitation exercise video on various complications of early cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery in our department.Methods From June 2022 to November 2023,100 patients with gynecological early cervical cancer in Department of Gynecology of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected,all of whom underwent laparoscopic surgery.They were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases each according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given guidance based on the control group and strictly implemented self-made rehabilitation exercise video education.Results Postoperative recovery,complications,compliance,self-care ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The first time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust gas,the number of days in hospital,postoperative shoulder and back pain,subcutaneous emphysema and venous thrombosis complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise,self-care and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative recovery,complications,compliance,self-care ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The incidence of indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made rehabilitation exercise video is effective in nursing patients with early cervical cancer.
