Information management of unplanned reoperation based on event monitoring

从医疗质量管理角度出发,依托医院质量管理系统,打破临床与管理的信息壁垒.提出以事件监控为抓手,探索如何利用信息技术完善非计划再次手术监管体系、如何加强医务科等医院质控部门的事中监管作用.最终建立以非计划再次手术为代表的医疗风险信息化监管方式,实现医疗风险的监管自动化、全面化、精细化.

From the perspective of medical quality management,this paper puts forward a management method based on event monitoring.This management method is based on the hospital quality management system,which breaks the information barrier between clinical and management.This method proposed in this paper is to explore how to use information technology to improve the supervision system of unplanned reoperation and how to strengthen the in-process supervision role of hospital quality control departments such as the medical department.Its ultimate goal is to establish an information-based supervision mode of medical risks represented by unplanned reoperation,so as to realize the automation,comprehensiveness and refinement of medical risk supervision.
