摘要
研究强化VE和植物甾醇成分对亚麻籽油降脂活性和抗氧化活性的影响.30只雄性wistar大鼠分为热榨全精炼业麻籽油组(HRFO组)、低剂量VE和植物甾醇强化亚麻籽油组(L-VE-PS-HRFO组)、高剂量VE和植物甾醇强化亚麻籽油组(H-VE-PS-HRFO组)3个组别.结果表明,复合添加VE和植物甾醇对亚麻籽油的降脂活性具有显著的协同增效作用,在优化高脂模型大鼠血浆及肝组织脂质形式同时,降低脂质过氧化,且具有一定的剂量效应关系.因此强化VE和植物甾醇能提高亚麻籽油降脂活性,并抑制高含量α-亚麻酸(α-linolcnic,ALA)对机体造成的氧化损伤.
Effect of flaxseed oil fortified with vitamin E and phytosterol on antioxidant defense capacity and lipid content in rats fed a high-fat diet was explored in the paper.Totally 30 male Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups including hot pressed and refined flaxseed oil group(HRFO),low-dose VE and phytosterols-enhanced flaxseed oil group(L-VE-PS-HRFO)and high-dose dose VE and phytosterols-enhanced flaxseed oil group(H-VE-PS-HRFO).The results showed that combinatorial addition of VE and phytosterols had a significant impact on lipid-lowering activity of flaxseed oil,which could optimize the profile of plasma and hepatic lipids and reduce lipid peroxidation in a dose-dependent manner.Therefore,vitamin E and phytosterols-enriched flaxseed oil can improve the lipid-lowering activity and inhibit oxidative damage of body caused by high-level ALA.
