甘蔗糖蜜酒精生产污垢化学成分及结构特性

摘要 从甘蔗糖蜜酒精生产流程中不同工艺位点取得了污垢样本,运用X射线晶体衍射(XRD)分析、带能谱的扫描电镜分析(SEM-EDS)及常规化学分析方法,表征各样本污垢的化学成分和结构特性.结果显示:CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O是污垢的主体成分,流程不同位点的污垢的化学成分、颗粒形貌、晶体晶型存在差别.物料中的有机物、酵母细胞、生产流程中酒精体积分数、温度对污垢的沉积特性有重要影响. In this paper,the fouling samples were collected at different technical process points during alcohol production from molasses.The chemical components and structural properties of fouling samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),scanning electron microscopy coupled with X-ray microanalysis(SEM-EDS)and regular chemical analysis.The results showed that the principle component of fouling is calcium sulphate dihydrate.Fouling samples from different technical process points revealed different chemical components,morphology and crystal structures.Organic compounds,yeast cells,alcohol concentration and temperature had important impacts on the characteristics of fouling during alcohol production from molasses.
