护理管理系统的应用探究

目的:探讨护理管理系统的应用效果。方法:在临床护理管理中2021年完成了护理质量管理系统的1期建设,设计对照试验,比较2020年1月-12月与2021年1-12月间,护理质量管理系统上线前、后的护理质量控制效果。结果:护理质量管理系统上线后,一级质控、二级质控、三级质控中,质控耗时、消耗纸张数均明显下降,与护理质量管理系统上线前具有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论:护理管理系统上线后,能够有效提升医院护理部门的管理效率与护理人员自主学习的积极性,促进医院护理管理水平的综合提升,有利于医院的数字化发展。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing management system.Method:Phase 1 of the nursing quality management system was completed in clinical nursing management in 2021.A controlled trial was designed to compare the nursing quality control effects before and after the launch of the nursing quality management system between January December 2020 and January December 2021.Result:After the launch of the nursing quality management system,there was a significant decrease in quality control time and paper consumption in the first level,second level,and third level of quality control,with statistical differences compared to before the launch of the nursing quality management system(p<0.05).Conclusion:After the nursing management system is launched,it can effectively improve the management efficiency of the hospita'ls nursing department and the enthusiasm of nursing staff for self-learning,promote the comprehensive improvement of the hospita'ls nursing management level,and be conducive to the digital development of the hospital.
