门诊高血压患者实施护理干预对治疗依从性的影响评价

目的分析门诊高血压患者实施护理干预对治疗依从性的影响。方法以随机表数字法将我院2022年1月至2023年1月门诊收治的120例高血压患者分为参照组和实验组,参照组60例门诊高血压患者实施常规护理干预,实验组60例门诊高血压患者实施综合护理干预,对两组门诊高血压患者实施护理干预后的治疗依从性进行观察比较。结果在治疗依从性方面,护理后实验组总依从率统计结果对比于参照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在门诊高血压患者治疗期间具有重要作用,通过对患者开展综合护理干预可以更大程度上提高其治疗依从性。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of hypertension patients in outpatients.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into reference group and experimental group by random table number method.60 patients with hypertension in the reference group received routine nursing intervention,and 60 patients with hypertension in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment compliance of hypertension patients in two groups after nursing intervention was observed and compared.Results In terms of treatment compliance,the statistical result of total compliance rate in the experimental group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention plays an important role in the treatment of hypertension patients in outpatients.By carrying out comprehensive nursing intervention for patients,the treatment compliance can be improved to a greater extent.
