探讨口腔正畸治疗技术在修复中的应用

目的:分析口腔正畸治疗技术在错颌畸形合并牙列缺损患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月~2019年1月在我院接受治疗的100例错颌畸形伴牙列缺损患者的临床资料,对照组(n=50)采用常规修复治疗;联合组(n=50)在此基础上采用口腔正畸治疗,评价临床效果。结果:联合组的治疗有效率达到了100.00%(50/50)、对照组72.00%(36/50);联合组的菌斑附着指数、软垢指数评分明显低于对照组;语言功能与咀嚼功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸与修复联合治疗错颌畸形伴牙列缺损患者,能够显著改善患者的口腔功能,提高临床疗效,具备参考价值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of orthodontic treatment techniques in patients with malocclusion and dentition defects.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with malocclusion and dentition defects who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The control group(n=50)received routine restoration treatment;The combined group(n=50)used orthodontic treatment on this basis to evaluate clinical efficacy.Result:The treatment effectiveness rate of the combination group reached 100.00%(50/50),while that of the control group reached 72.00%(36/50);The plaque attachment index and soft scale index scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group;The scores of language function and chewing function were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of orthodontic and restorative treatment for patients with malocclusion and dentition defects can significantly improve their oral function,enhance clinical efficacy,and have reference value.
