硬式内镜灭菌前的监控与管理

目的:对某消毒供应中心待灭菌的硬式内镜的清洗、包装质量进行监控,以保证灭菌效果。方法:2022年5月-2023年4月,在CSSD对待灭菌的硬式内镜进行开包检查,共抽查待灭菌包425个,检查内容包括:清洗质量、器械的性能,包内物品放置、包内化学指示卡、外包装、包外化学指示胶带、质量控制卡、重量和体积等9项。结果:有31.1%的硬式内镜在灭菌前存在各种问题,通过督查以及最终实行在消毒供应中心的集中处置,硬式内镜的抽查合格率已经由第一个检查月的80%上升至98%。结论:硬式内镜由CSSD集中处置,是解决硬式内镜处置过程中各类问题的最佳方法。

Purpose:To control the quality of cleaning and packing of those unsterilized hard-endoscopes in our hospital so as to ensure the effect of sterilization.Method:From May 2022 to April 2023,425 unsterilized hard-endoscopes were checked on random in CSSD.9 aspects were checked including the quality of cleaning,the function of equipment,the placing of inside objects,inside indicating card,outside packing,outside indicating band,card of quality control,weight and volume.Result:31.1 percent hard-endoscopes were checked with various problems,but after being supervised and handled in sterilization-supplying center,98 percent hard-endoscopes were checked qualified.Conclusion:In order to solve the problems,hard-endoscopes should be handled in CSSD.
