显微镜在根管治疗中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of microscope in root canal retherapy

目的:探讨口腔显微镜在根管治疗术中的作用。方法:将84例牙髓病和根尖周病病人按是否使用显微镜分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用非口腔显微镜下根管治疗方法,观察组采用口腔显微镜下的根管治疗方法。对两组病人的疗效进行比较。结果:对照组中,钙化阻塞根管为23.1%,器械分离根管为18.2%,MB2根管为20.0%,“C”型根管为25.0%,失败根管为2%,再治疗为2%;两组之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:口腔显微镜在根管治疗中有很大的应用价值,提高治疗成功率。

Objective To investigate the role of oral microscope in root canal therapy.Methods 84 cases of endodontic disease and periapical disease were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with oral microscope root canal therapy.The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results In the control group,the calcified occluded root canal was 23.1%,the instrument separated root canal was 18.2%,the MB2 root canal was 20.0%,the"C"type root canal was 25.0%,the failed root canal was 2%and the replantation was 2%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Objective To investigate the application value of oral surgical microscope in root canal therapy.
