集束化护理在重症肝炎血浆置换联合双重血浆分子吸附系统治疗中的应用

目的:探讨集束化护理干预方式在重症肝炎患者血浆置换联合双重血浆分子吸附系统治疗中的效果。方法:选取2019年7月~2020年12月来我院就诊的血浆置换联合双重血浆分子吸附系统的患者80例。随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理。观察两组治疗前后的焦虑程度,不良反应的发生率,护理满意度及舒适度。结果:观察组焦虑程度低于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组、提高护理满意度及舒适度明显高于对照组P<0.05。结论:集束化护理可有效缓解患者的焦虑状态、降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度及舒适度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of bunching nursing intervention in the treatment of severe hepatitis patients with plasma exchange combined with dual plasma molecular adsorption system.Methods:Eighty patients with plasma exchange combined with dual plasma molecular adsorption system who came to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Results:The anxiety degree of the observation group was lower than the control group,the improvement of nursing satisfaction and comfort was significantly higher than the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:Cluster nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety state of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
