干部门诊优质护理服务创建体会

目的:探讨干部门诊优质护理服务的临床应用效果。方法:研究期(2020年1月-2022年1月)内,入组案例对象(干部门诊患者)50例,以随机数字分组法,将患者分为两组,并予以不同护理方案:优质护理(观察组,n=25),常规护理(对照组,n=25),对不同护理方案其临床价值进行深入探讨。结果:观察组中导医护理质量护理质量评分(95.63±4.22)分高于对照组(90.36±3.59)分;同时护理行为规范护理质量评分(95.53±4.01)分也高于对照组(90.41±3.36)分,(p<0.05);观察组中患者护理总满意度高于对照组,(p<0.05)。结论:干部门诊优质护理服务的临床应用效果显著,可参考应用。

objective:to explore the clinical effect of quality nursing service in cadre outpatient department.Methods:during the study period(January 2020-january 2022),50 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups,different nursing plans were given:high-quality nursing(Observation Group,N=25),conventional nursing(control group,N=25).The clinical value of different nursing plans was deeply discussed.Results:the score of nursing quality in the observation group(95.63±4.22)was higher than that in the control group(90.36±3.59),and the score of nursing behavior norm(95.53±4.01)was also higher than that in the control group(90.41±3.36),(p<0.05),the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical application effect of high quality nursing service in cadre outpatient department is remarkable,which can be used for reference.
