针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症后配合中医骨伤护理临床效果观察

目的探究针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症后配合中医骨伤护理临床效果。方法以120例腰椎间盘突出症患者为对象,参照组(60例)应用针刺治疗,研究组(60例)应用针刺治疗联合中医骨伤护理,对比护理效果。结果研究组患者护理后疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分均优于参照组,P<0.05。研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,差异P<0.05。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者实施针刺治疗联合中医骨伤护理,应用效果显著,值得临床推广与使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation combined with bone injury nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were taken as objects,the reference group(60 cases)was treated with acupuncture,the study group(60 cases)was treated with acupuncture combined with bone injury nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The pain score and lumbar function score of the study group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The therapeutic effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was P<0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with bone injury nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in patients with lumbar disc herniation,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
