摘要
铁金多金属矿用全泥氰化炭浆法,载金炭解吸电积金泥提金银后回收铜。置换铜时发生剧烈放热、溶液沸腾、逸散大量含氮气体等现象;产品海绵铜品位低,回收率低,物资单耗大,反应终点难以直观判断等。通过小型试验研究中间产物硝酸铜溶液置换影响因素,得到最佳控制条件为,pH值2.8左右,铁粉用量1.4倍铜摩尔比,转速804r/min,耗时10分钟~20分钟,铜置换率92%。
The method of all slime cyanidation carbon pulp is used in iron gold polymetallic mine.The gold loaded carbon desorbs the electrodeposited gold slime to extract gold and silver and then recovers copper.During the replacement of copper,the phenomenon of intense exothermic,solution boiling and a large amount of nitrogen-containing gas escaping occurs;the product sponge copper has low grade,low recovery rate,large material consumption,and the reaction end point is difficult to be judged directly.Through small-scale test,the influencing factors of copper nitrate solution displacement were studied.The optimal control conditions were:pH value was about 2.8,the amount of iron powder was 1.4 times of copper molar ratio,the rotating speed was 804r/min,the time was 10min^20min,and the copper displacement rate was 92%.
