摘要 云南文山都龙矿区细粒锡石的浮选,目前使用的捕收剂JSY-19虽然捕收性能较好,但因含砷较高,选矿尾水对环境影响较大,同时也制约了公司细粒锡石浮选指标的进一步提升,捕收剂TY-1选择性能良好,但捕收能力弱。使用JSY-19:TY-1=2:3的组合捕收剂,最终获得了锡精矿品位6.946%,回收率75.46%的锡指标,精矿回水平均含砷2.47mg/L,尾矿回水平均含砷2.28mg/L。既提高了锡精矿的指标又最大限度的降低了回水含砷对环境的污染。 In the flotation of Fine Cassiterite in the Dulong ore district of Wenshan,Yunnan Province,although the collector jsy-19 currently used has a good collection performance,due to its high arsenic content,the tailwater of beneficiation has a great impact on the environment,which also restricts the further improvement of the flotation index of Fine Cassiterite of the company.The collector TY-1 has a good selectivity,but its collection capacity is weak.Using the combined collector of jsy-19:TY-1=2:3,the grade of tin concentrate is finally obtained 6.946%,recovery 75.46%Average arsenic content in concentrate return water two point four seven Mg/L,average arsenic content in tailings return water 2.28mg/L。It not only improves the index of tin concentrate,but also reduces the environmental pollution caused by arsenic in return water.
