内蒙古太平自然崩落法拉底方式3DEC模拟分析研究

内蒙古太平矿业有限公司在自然崩落法回采工艺中针对不同的拉底方式,利用3DEC软件进行对比模拟分析。对比分析模拟了不同拉底方式下,底部结构的应力变化及上部岩体的崩落规律。最终确定其最优拉底方式为沿矿体走向从中间向两端扩展拉底,其底部结构整体稳定性较好,上部岩体崩落较为彻底,有利于自然崩落法的大规模应用。

In the process of natural caving mining,the 3DEC software is used to compare and simulate different bottom pulling methods in Inner Mongolia Taiping Mining Co.,Ltd.The stress change of the bottom structure and the caving law of the upper rock mass under different bottom pulling modes are analyzed and simulated.The best way to pull the bottom is to extend the bottom from the middle to both ends along the ore body trend.The overall stability of its bottom structure is relatively good,and the upper rock mass caving is more thorough,which is conducive to the large-scale application of the natural caving mining method.
