本文主要针对H7800圆锥破碎机在实际应用过程中防尘系统及冷却系统故障进行研究分析,用以解决H7800圆锥破碎机在多尘、高负载荷环境下的高耗、故障频发问题;首先介绍了H7800圆锥破碎机设备运行特点;其次介绍了防尘系统、冷却循环系统的基础知识及使用现状;再次通过对防尘及冷却系统现状研究,针对现场实际,通过机械结构改造,系统排布设计,实现系统升级优化;最后分析总结圆锥破碎机在系统防尘及润滑、电气冷却系统方面改造功效。

The research and analysis of this paper is about the Dust removal system and Cooling system of H7800 Hydrocone crusher based on practical application.The purpose is solving high consumption and Machine Fault frequency in the dusty and high-load environment.Firstly,The main function of H7800 Hydrocone is introduced.Secondly,the content is about the basis and status of Dust removal system and Cooling circle system.Thirdly,By the research of Dust removal system and Cooling circle system’s practical application,The upgrading of system by the change of mechanical structure and the configuration design.Finally,summarizing the Dust removal system and Cooling system transformation effect.
