摘要
本文从铜冶炼企业生产实践总结得出:在保证火法冶金炉窑炉内温度的前提下,通过降低燃料烧嘴天然气总量、氧燃比(空气量与天然气量的比值)、控制炉窑漏风率,优化改造天然气烧嘴结构,适当增加制酸或环集系统烟气调配等烟气调控措施,均可以有效降低尾气排放氮氧化物浓度。
This paper summarizes the production practice of copper smelting enterprises:on the premise of ensuring the temperature in pyrometallurgical furnace,by reducing the total amount of natural gas in the fuel burner,the oxygen-fuel ratio(the ratio of air volume to natural gas volume),controlling the air leakage rate of the kiln,optimizing the structure of the natural gas burner,and increasing the flue gas control measures such as the flue gas distribution in the acid-making or ringcollecting system,can effectively reduce the concentration of exhaust nitrogen oxide.
