摘要
本文主要针对SCR3000连铸连轧铜杆生产线铸造水处理问题进行研究。首先介绍了铸造水的应用功效及对SCR3000连铸连轧铜杆生产线系统影响;其次介绍了SCR3000连铸连轧铜杆生产线铸机水状况及常见处理方式;再次分别对混凝法工艺和微滤法工艺及实际应用流程进行阐述并通过比较确定合适的工艺方式;最终通过实际运行,确定铸造水循环处理技术研究功效。
The research and analysis of this paper is about caster water on SCR3000 continuous casting and rolling copper rod production.Firstly,the application efficiency of caster water and its impact on the SCR3000 continuous casting and rolling copper rod production line system are introduced.Secondly,the caster water status and common treatment methods of the SCR3000 continuous casting and rolling copper rod production line are introduced.Thirdly,The coagulation process and microfiltration process are described and the appropriate process method is determined through comparison.Finally,the actual operation is used to determine the research efficiency of the water circulation treatment technology of the casting machine.
