This article aims to discuss God's appearance in Esther.The paper first responds to the presupposed theology that recent commentators have adopted to read the book of Esther.The author then points out how Hebrew Biblical theology understands the relationship between God and the actions of human beings.Secondly,the author demonstrates God's appearance in Esther by showing three clues in Esther.Thirdly,in response to Michael Walzer's views on the political philosophy of the Bible,the author points out that God's appearance in the world does not abolish the role of humanity.In the book of Esther,the cooperation of God and human beings brings salvation.Finally,the paper points out the significance of Esther for different eras.
