沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司(沙特阿美公司)将大力发展炼化业务,为摆脱以石油天然气为主体的收入结构,该公司不断整合炼油资产,提高炼油能力以及炼厂复杂程度,同时也锚定石油需求增长区域,加快布局全球炼油网络.在化工方面,沙特阿美通常以合资等方式加快业务发展,产品结构走高端路线,目前沙特阿美在平抑油价波动带来利润下滑方面已初见成效.中国炼化企业利润受国际油价影响较大,同时也未能积极参与国际化工企业并购.未来中国炼化企业应积极走出去,通过并购等方式改善国际分工的不利地位,同时也要通过节能降耗,开发生物基化工品等方式加快低碳发展.

Saudi Aramco will focus on refining and chemical business as it seeks to move away from a gas-dominated revenue structure by integrating domestic refining assets,increasing refining capacity and enhancing refinery complexity.At the same time,it also focuses on oil demand growth regions and accelerates the layout of global refining network.In chemical industry,Saudi Aramco usually accelerates its business development by means of joint ventures and other ways,and its product structure takes high-end course,the Saudi Aramco in smooth oil price fluctuation has paid off a profit decline.The profit of Chinese refining and chemical enterprises is greatly affected by international oil price,at the same time also failed to actively participate in international chemical enterprises mergers and acquisitions.In the future,China’s chemical industry enterprises should actively go out and through mergers and acquisitions and other ways to improve the disadvantage of international division of labor.At the same time,we should save energy and reducing consumption,and develop biological chemical to accelerating the development of low carbon.
