From Closeness to Mutualism: An Exploration of the Space Paradigm of Industrial Community Supporting Facilities

在上海建设全球科创中心的背景下,以上海产业社区配套设施作为研究对象,采用文献综述、案例解读和标准化模块建立等研究方法,重点聚焦创新企业、就业者及居住者和城市访客3类目标群体,提出3种产业配套时态圈层理念,对标案例,创新产业社区理念;对照规范,强调规划编制刚性兼容,优化弹性管控;对接方案,讲究空间尺度,确定设施合理布点落地;对应实施,明确产业配套设施的运营主体,确定两级审批时序,构建3种空间尺度下的产业社区配套设施体系,形成37项设施指标,探索产业社区设施配套的基本范式,为今后指导任务书的编制和规划的弹性管控研究提供借鉴.

Shanghai prompts the smart growth strategy and sustainable urban industrial development.This research conducts a literature review and case studies,examines the role of three temporal-spatial scales,and establishes a matrix containing 37 indicators that deciphers the need of stakeholders.The research presents a set of strategies for overcoming barriers and maximizing opportunities for users who work or live near the technology hub,and provides recommendations for a structure and system that can guide management control in the following stage.
