摘要
通过解读社区花园相关概念和典型案例,总结社区花园的基本特征,回顾整理社区花园在上海的实践与发展,分析其在发展过程中遇到的普遍问题.试图将社区花园的发展需求与既有规划体系、城市治理体系相结合,主要包括与城市绿地系统、社区生活圈、儿童教育设施系统、生活垃圾回收体系、社区规划师制度、居委会职能等结合的方式,从而探索社区花园制度化发展的途径,以确保空间、资金、人力等核心要素的供给.
This study interprets the related concepts and typical cases of community garden,summarizes the basic characteristics,reviews and combs the practice and development in Shanghai,and analyzes the common problems encountered in the development process.The study attempts to combine the development demand of community garden with the existing planning system and urban governance system,and explore the way of institutionalization to ensure the supply of space,capital,manpower and other core elements.The ideas mainly include the combination of urban green space system,community life circle,children's education facilities system,domestic waste recycling system,community planner system,neighborhood committee function and so on.
