木坡水电站机组水力振动引起厂房振动原因分析与处理

摘要 木坡水电站装机为3台15 MW混流式水轮发电机组,运行过程中发现机组水力振动引起厂房水工建筑物振动,通过一系列的试验数据及理论证明,更换水轮机导水机构活动导叶数量,能使厂房水工建筑物振动问题得到彻底解决.现已安全运行6年,机组运行工况良好,可供其它水电站有类似厂房振动问题参考. The installed capacity of Mupo Hydropower Station is 3 sets of 15 MW Francis turbine generator units.During the operation,it is found that the vibration of hydraulic structures in the powerhouse is caused by the hydraulic vibration of the generator units.Through a series of test data and theoretical proof,the vibration problem of hydraulic structures in the powerhouse can be completely solved by replacing the number of movable guide vanes of hydraulic turbine guide mechanism.It has been running safely for 6 years and the generator units have been in good condition,which can be used as reference for other hydropower stations with similar powerhouse vibration problems.
