摘要
瀑布沟电站在A级检修的6F机组和C级检修的1F机组开展发电机离线局部放电试验项目时,首次发现瀑布沟1F、6F机组定子线棒端部存在多处电晕放电痕迹.虽然暂时不会影响到设备的正常运行,但如不及时找出原因并完成处理,随着时间的推移,其最终会导致定子线棒绝缘击穿,影响机组的安全正常运行,对企业造成不可估量的损失.本文针对该电站定子线圈电晕放电情况,结合现场检查情况及生产材料,多方面分析了导致定子线棒电晕放电产生的原因,并对定子线棒电晕放电处理方法进行了重点阐述.
When the off-line partial discharge test of generator was carried out on the 6F generator unit under A-level maintenance and the 1F generator unit under the C-level maintenance,it was found for the first time that there were several corona discharge traces at the stator bar end of Pubugou 1F and 6F generator units.Although the normal operation of the equipment will not be affected temporarily,if the cause is not found out and the treatment is not completed in time,as time goes on,it will eventually lead to insulation breakdown of stator bar,affect the safe and normal operation of the generator,and cause immeasurable loss to the enterprise.In this paper,according to the corona discharge of the stator coil of the power station,and combined with the on-site inspection and production materials,the causes of the corona discharge of the stator bar are analyzed in many aspects,and the treatment methods of the corona discharge of the stator bar are emphatically elaborated.
