摘要
溪洛渡水电站右岸泄洪洞底板混凝土浇筑采用拖模工艺施工.由于龙落尾段的流速最大达50 m/s,为减少高流速水流对混凝土结构面的冲蚀破坏,提高建筑物的使用寿命,对龙落尾段底板浇筑无缺陷耐磨混凝土,设计制作了悬臂隐轨式拖模台车并获得国家实用新型专利,整体施工工艺先进,同时采用先进的管理措施和严格的工艺标准,确保了施工质量.该施工技术在斜坡底板混凝土拖模施工技术上取得了重大创新,具有借鉴意义和推广价值.阐述了溪洛渡水电站右岸泄洪洞龙落尾底板混凝土施工技术.
The bottom slab concrete casting of spillway tunnel on the right bank of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is constructed by formwork dragging technology.Since the maximum flow velocity of Longluo end section is 50m/s,in order to reduce the erosion damage of high velocity water on the concrete structural surface and improve the service life of the structure,non-defect and wear-resistant concrete is casted for the bottom slab of the Longluo end section,and the cantilever hidden rail type formwork dragging trolley was designed and manufactured,which has obtained the national practical new patent,and the overall construction technology is advanced.At the same time,the advanced management measures and strict technology standards are adopted,so that the construction quality is ensured.The construction technology has made a great innovation in the construction technology of concrete formwork dragging for slope bottom slab,which has reference significance and promotional value.This paper describes the concrete construction technology for the Longluo bottom slab of the spillway tunnel on the right bank of Xiluodu Hydropower Station.
