摘要
目的:探讨多学科协作模式下的营养干预在肺癌术后放疗患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选取 2019 年 1月至 2020 年11 月本院收治的肺癌术后行放疗的89 例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n =46,常规护理+多学科协作模式下的营养干预)与对照组(n =43,常规护理).比较干预前、干预 1 个月后两组患者营养相关因子、免疫功能、心理状态及生活质量.结果:干预 1 个月后,观察组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白及免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平,以及心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、癌症患者生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30 评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:多学科协作模式下的营养干预能有效改善肺癌术后放疗患者营养状态,提高生活质量.
Objective:To explore the application effects of nutritional intervention under multidisciplinary collaborative model in the nursing of patients with lung cancer radiotherapy.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with lung cancer who received postoperative radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=46,routine nursing+nutritional intervention under multidisciplinary collaborative model)and control group(n=43,routine nursing)by using the random number table method.The nutrition related factors,immune function,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 1 month of intervention.Results:After 1 month of intervention,the levels of serum albumin,prealbumin,retinol binding protein,immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM and scores of connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and cancer quality of life instrument QLQ-C30 in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional intervention under multidisciplinary collaborative model can effectively improve the nutritional status and enhance the quality of life of patients with lung cancer radiotherapy.
