星形胶质细胞上调基因-1与不育α基序和组氨酸/天冬氨酸蛋白1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

The Expression of Astrocyte Elevated Gene-l and Sterile Motif/Histidine Aspartate Domain-Containing Protein 1 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Their Clinical Significance

目的:探讨星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)、不育α基序和组氨酸/天冬氨酸蛋白1(SAMHD1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义.方法:选取本院自 2020 年 5 月至 2021 年 6 月收治的 203 例NSCLC患者为研究对象,用免疫组化法检测和比较AEG-1、SAMHD1 的表达水平,记录AEG-1、SAMHD1 表达水平与NSCLC临床特征的关系.结果:AEG-1 在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);SAMHD1 在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05).AEG-1、SAMHD1 的表达水平与肿瘤大小、是否有淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期和分化程度有关(P<0.05).结论:AEG-1 的阳性表达可能与非小细胞肺癌的发展和转移密切相关,而SAMHD1 表达水平降低则预示患者的预后情况不佳,AEG-1、SAMHD1 可作为预测非小细胞肺癌病情严重程度和患者预后的分子标记物.

Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of astrocyte elevated gene-l(AEG-1)and sterile motif/histidine aspartate domain-containing protein 1(SAMHD1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Two hundreds and three patients with NSCLC received from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected into this study,and the expression levels of AEG-1 and SAMHD1 were detected with immunohistochemistry and the relationship between AEG-1,SAMHD1 expression levels and the clinical characteristics of NSCLC were recorded and investigated.Results:The positive expression rate of AEG-1 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of SAMHD1 in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of AEG-1 and SAMHD1 were related to tumor size,lymph node metastasis,tumor stage and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of AEG-1 may be closely related to the development and metastasis of NSCLC,and the decrease of SAMHD1 expression level makes the prognosis of patients worse.AEG-1 and SAMHD1 can be used as molecular markers to predict the severity of NSCLC and the prognosis of patients.
