基于目标导向性康复护理干预对脑出血患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Goal-Oriented Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Neurological Function and Ability of Daily Living in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨脑出血患者采用基于目标导向性康复护理干预的效果.方法:采用回顾性分析,将 2020 年 1月至 2021 年 6 月于本院接受基于目标导向性康复护理的脑出血患者 40 例纳入观察组,将同期于本院接受常规护理的脑出血患者 40 例纳入对照组.比较两组患者神经功能、肢体功能、认知功能及日常生活能力.结果:护理后,两组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、简易智力状态量表(MMSE)评分及Barthel指数(MBI)评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组;两组国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对脑出血患者采用基于目标导向性康复护理干预,可改善神经功能、认知功能及肢体功能,提高日常生活能力.

Objective:To explore the effect of goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed to 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received goaloriented rehabilitation nursing in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021,and these 40 patient were selected as the observation group,and 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received routine nursing in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The neurological function,limb function,cognitive function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA),minimental state scale(MMSE)and modified Barthel index(MBI)scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve neurological function,cognitive function,limb function and daily living ability in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
