动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者行动脉瘤夹闭术后创伤后成长与应对方式分析

Analysis on Post-Traumatic Growth and Coping Style of Patients with Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage after Aneurysm Clipping

目的:探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者行动脉瘤夹闭术后创伤后成长与应对方式的关系.方法:选取 2019 年 6 月至 2021 年 4 月本院收治的行动脉瘤夹闭术治疗的 84 例动脉瘤性SAH患者为研究对象,于出院时用创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)评估创伤后成长水平,并用简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)评估应对方式状况,分析动脉瘤性SAH患者行动脉瘤夹闭术后创伤后成长与应对方式的关系.结果:84 例患者经评估,PTGI总分为(52.69±9.43)分,其中与他人关系(17.45±2.31)分,自我转变(7.12±2.13)分,个人力量(9.32±2.16)分,新的可能性(8.34±2.22)分,人生感悟(11.46±2.33)分;SCSQ量表中积极应对方式维度评分为(22.36±3.25)分,消极应对方式维度评分为(13.38±3.15)分;经双变量Pearson直线相关性检验,动脉瘤性SAH患者行动脉瘤夹闭术后SCSQ量表中积极应对维度评分与PTGI总分及各维度评分呈正相关关系(r>0,P<0.05);SCSQ量表中消极应对维度评分与PTGI总分及各维度评分呈负相关关系(r<0,P<0.05).结论:动脉瘤性SAH患者行动脉瘤夹闭术后创伤后成长水平高与积极应对方式有关.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between post-traumatic growth and coping style in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)after aneurysm clipping.Methods:From June 2019 to April 2021,84 patients with aneurysmal SAH who underwent aneurysm clipping in our hospital were selected.At discharge,the post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)was used to assess the level of post-traumatic growth of patients,and the simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)was used to assess the coping style of patients.The relationship between post-traumatic growth and coping style in patients with aneurysmal SAH after aneurysm clipping was analyzed.Results:The total PTGI score of 84 patients was(52.69±9.43),including relationship with others(17.45±2.31),self-transformation(7.12±2.13),personal strength(9.32±2.16),new possibility(8.34±2.22)and life perception(11.46±2.33);in 84 patients after evaluation,the dimension scores of positive coping style and negative coping style in SCSQ were(22.36±3.25)and(13.38±3.15)respectively;through the bivariate Pearson linear correlation test,the results showed that,the scores of positive dimensions in SCSQ were positively correlated with the total PTGI score and the scores of all dimensions in patients with aneurysmal SAH after aneurysm clipping(r>0,P<0.05);the scores of negative dimensions in SCSQ were negatively correlated with the total score of PTGI and the scores of each dimension(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The high level of post-traumatic growth in patients with aneurysmal SAH after aneurysm clipping is related to positive coping style.
