全国职业院校护理技能大赛(中职组)参赛选手训练方法的探讨

Discussion on the Training Methods of the Contestants in the National Nursing Skills Competition of Vocational Colleges(Secondary Vocational Group)

本文对成都铁路卫生学校护理专业2015年至2021年参加四川省职业院校护理技能大赛(中职组)及全国职业院校护理技能大赛(中职组)的准备和训练过程进行了回顾.从大赛的组织管理者及指导教师的角度对护理技能大赛参赛选手的组织管理方法和训练方法进行了分析和总结.探讨护理技能大赛参赛选手的训练方法,全面提升参赛选手的职业素养、思维能力以及临床护理基本技能与操作水平.

This paper reviews the preparation and training process of the nursing major of Chengdu Railway Health School in participating in the Sichuan Vocational College Nursing Skills Competition(Secondary Vocational Group)and the National Vocational College Nursing Skills Competition(Secondary Vocational Group)from 2015 to 2021.The organisational management methods and training methods of the nursing skills competition participants were analysed and summarised from the perspectives of the competition organisers and instructors.The training methods of the participants in the nursing skills competition were explored in order to comprehensively improve the professional quality,critical thinking ability,basic clinical nursing skills and operation level of the participants.
