随机内容试讲式备课在组织学与胚胎学教学中的应用

The Application of Random Content Trial Lecture Preparation in the Teaching of Histology and Embryology Course

组织学与胚胎学是一门重要的医学基础课程,集体备课是提高其教学质量的重要环节.为了促进教师之间相互学习,共同进步,同时也针对部分教师不重视备课环节而多年使用相同教案的现象,作者所在教研室提出了一种更具挑战性的新型备课方法——随机内容试讲式备课,从而大大促进了老师们认真备课,提高了备课质量.本文对于其他高校教师们的备课可以起到借鉴作用,不足之处也能及时改进.

Histology and Embryology is an important basic medical course,and group lesson preparation is an important part of improving the quality of teaching.In order to promote mutual learning and common progress among teachers,and to address the phenomenon that some teachers do not pay attention to lesson preparation and use the same lesson plans for many years,a new and more challenging scheme of preparing lessons,random content trial lecture preparation was put forward and discussed in this paper.This new approach has greatly promoted the teachers to prepare lessons carefully,and it may be beneficial to raising teaching standards of basic medical sciences in medical schools.
