戊酸雌二醇、醋酸甲羟孕酮片联合治疗在人工流产术后月经过少中的应用效果

Application Effect of Combined Treatment of Estradiol Valerate and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets in Oligomenorrhea after Artificial Abortion

目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇、醋酸甲羟孕酮片在人工流产术后月经过少中的应用效果.方法:2018年3月至2020年12月本院妇科门诊收治进行人工流产手术后存在月经过少症状的98例患者,根据治疗方案差异分为观察组47例(戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗)、对照组51例(醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗).两组均连续治疗三个周期,比较两组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度变化情况.结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(95.74%vs 78.43%)(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后15d、30d子宫内膜厚度均明显增厚(P<0.05),与对照组比较,观察组子宫内膜更厚(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后15d、30d,卵泡刺激素(FSH)升高,黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E_(2))水平均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组FSH升高幅度,LH、E_(2)下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应总发生率比较(6.38%vs 11.76%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:对人工流产术后月经过少的患者可采用戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,该治疗方案安全性高,临床疗效确切,临床应用前景广阔.

Objective:To investigate the effect of estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in the treatment of oligomenorrhea after artificial abortion.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with oligomenorrhea symptoms after artificial abortion admitted to the gynecological clinic in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected.According to the difference in treatment plans,they were divided into the observation group of 47 cases(estradiol valerate+medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets treatment),and 51 cases in the control group(medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets treatment).Both groups were treated for three consecutive cycles,and the clinical efficacy and changes in endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.74%vs 78.43%)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was significantly thicker 15d and 30d after treatment(P<0.05),the endometrium in the observation group was thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the levels of FSH increased and the levels of LH and E2 decreased significantly 15 and 30 days after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),the increase of FSH and the decrease of LH and E2 in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(observation group:6.38%vs control group:11.76%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with oligomenorrhea after artificial abortion can be treated with estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets,which is safe,clinically effective,and has a broad clinical application prospect.
